If my ex-wife claims my two children as dependents, can I still take a tax deduction for the college tuition that I pay for them?

If you aren't claiming either of the children as dependents then unfortunately you cannot claim the American Opportunity Credit, Lifetime Learning Credit or Tuition and Fees deduction.
