Confirmation: After you ask your question, a confirmation email is sent to you and the Experts.

Note: An Expert may send a message to you requesting additional info. If so, you will be notified immediately via email. You can also upload a document if necessary.

SELECT AN OFFER

Experts review your question and respond with an offer to answer it. Also included is the time in which the Expert expects to answer the question, when the offer expires and the expert's credentials such as professional licenses, education, work experience, & other customer ratings.

Confirmation: You are emailed right after an Expert submits an offer.

GET THE ANSWER

Select and pay for the offer that works best for you. Correspond with the Expert until you are completely satisfied. Then rate your Expert which provides important feedback to the Expert and other customers.

Confirmation: You are emailed a payment confirmation receipt after you accept an offer. You are also emailed your answer after the Expert submits it with a link to rate your Expert.

Note: You may send a message to the Expert if the answer provided needs clarification.
