I am trying to figure out if I am including the correct Connecticut state withholding code for form CT-W4? My husband and I lost our jobs last year. However, recently, I landed a position at 35 hours per week at $10 per hour. Based on this information, I think the appropriate withholding code is E but I am not sure. Please advise.
