If my daughter still lives with me and she is 19, can I claim her as a dependent on my tax return? She works part-time.

ANSWER

The BIDaWIZ Team's Answer:

Your daughter must be under 19 years old to claim her as a dependent on your tax return, unless she is enrolled as a full-time student which doesn't appear to be the case. Please note that there are still other tax benefits that you may be eligible to claim such as the earned income credit.
