What's the deadline for making a contribution for 2012 to a safe harbor 401K plan? The entity is a partnership. I'm a partner and employee.

The employer contribution deadline is on or before the employer's due date for filing federal tax returns (including extensions). Please note that the deadline to setup a safe harbor 401k plan was October 1st, 2012.
