I am married and owe child support but did not work at all last year. Can the IRS liquidate my investments?

The BIDaWIZ Team's Answer:
No: the IRS cannot liquidate, or levy against, your investment portfolio.
However, if a refund is owed to you, the refund can be levied on by the
child support recovery unit, that the arrearage is owed to.
