I will be 64 in November and I have an IRA. What dictates how much I will be taxed for withdrawing funds?

ANSWER

The BIDaWIZ Team's Answer:

You are entitled to withdraw as much money, from the IRA,

as you so elect, without the imposition of a penalty. You will be taxed

on the principal, and interest, that is withdrawn, at your highest

marginal tax rate; plus, any state tax liability that may apply.
