I work in California, can I own a home in Las Vegas as my primary residence?

ANSWER

Expert Thomas Graham iii's Answer:

This is going to depend on a couple of factors.  Your primary residence is where you live "most" of the time, the address on your driver's license, and also the address on your voter registration card.  If your home in Las Vegas meets those requirements than it would be considered your primary residence.
