Former Speaker at Arthur Andersen`s Utility Conferences and was a frequent instructor for Arthur Andersen`s Center for Professional Development on topics involving all phases of state and local taxes, including the reengineering of business processes and the state tax function. Co-authored an article for State Tax Notes regarding the ramifications of proposed elective combination in California. Also an adjunct Professor at Boise State University (BSU) teaching State and Local Taxes in BSU`s Master of Taxation program.
