How it Works

Step 2: Wizards review your question & post an offer which includes their credential & fee for answering the question.
Step 3: Review the Wizards' Offers & make a selection.
Step 4: Checkout & the Wizard begins answering your question.
Step 5: Receive Answer & Rate Wizard based on your experience
Messages: You and the Wizards can send messages to each other throughout the process.
Email Notifications: You and the Wizards will be notified via email whenever there is an update to your question.

The Wizard may determine the fee based on the following factors: difficulty of the question, the time required to answer the question, the level of expertise required to answer the question or any other factor the Wizard deems necessary to consider in determining their fee.

Feel free to post multiple questions or parts of your question in the text box provided. However, if the questions are unrelated, you should submit separate posts to ensure that the appropriate Wizards receive your question quickly.
What if I want to change my question? [Top of Page]
Contact us and let us know that you want to change your question and we will adjust our system to let you re-post. Or, if your original question is unclear to the Wizards or they need more info, they'll send you a message requesting clarification. You will be notified via email when a Wizard posts a message.
How long does it take to get an answer? [Top of Page]
The Wizard will detail the estimated time of delivery beforehand. It depends on the complexity of the question, but in general, questions should be answered quickly - minutes or hours, usually not days.
Are the questions that I post and answers that I pay for viewed by other customers? [Top of Page]
At BIDaWIZ, we keep all questions and answers private for a number of reasons:
- Similar to when you visit your accountant or financial advisor, all of the information relating to you is kept confidential.
- If you paid for the question, then only you deserve to be privy to the answer.

Selecting a Wizard
Do I have access to view the Wizard's professional profile? Can I submit a question to someone in particular? [Top of Page]
Once a Wizard offers their service, you will have access to view the Wizards licensure(s), education, work experience, the number of questions they've answered at BIDaWIZ, their average rating for previous answers and any other information they provide. While you can't submit a question directly to a particular Wizard, you can choose whomever you like from the Wizards who placed an offer on your question.
Are the Wizard's professional backgrounds verified? [Top of Page]
Yes, we use a 3rd party to verify the Wizard's education and licensure(s).
Checkout/Payment
What forms of payment do you accept? [Top of Page]
The payment is processed via a credit card. We accept all types of credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover.
Do I have to include my credit card or payment info to post a question? [Top of Page]
No, you don't have to include payment info until after you select a Wizard and go through our secure SSL 128-Bit encrypted check out process. If you wish, you can select to store your billing information in our database to avoid re-entering the information the next time you make a purchase. For security purposes, you will always be required to enter your CCV Number when making a purchase.

Although BIDaWIZ verifies the licensure(s) and education to ensure the Wizards backgrounds are accurate, we believe that customer reviews are an important tool to measure the quality of service of each Wizard. After all, this is a unique format for receiving answers, and includes factors like timeliness, completeness of the answer and ease of understanding the answer. Each transaction ends with a very quick and simple rate-a-Wizard process so we can track each customer's overall experience with that Wizard. Customers also have access to these ratings in the customer portal after a Wizard has posted a message or offer.
