All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning attributed to them in the Bidawiz User Terms and Conditions and/or Referral Agreement, as applicable.

Collection of Information:

Personal Data

We collect Personal Data when you voluntarily choose to register for use of certain areas of the Site and when you contact us with comments or inquiries. We use the Personal Data that we collect in order to respond to submissions you make to the Site, to provide and improve the Services, and as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Passively Collected Personally Non-Identifiable Information

When you interact with us through the Site, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. Examples include IP addresses, browser types, domain names, and other anonymous statistical data involving your use of the Site and/or the Services.

Cookies:

In operating the Site, we may use a technology called "cookies." A cookie is a piece of information that the computer that hosts the Site gives to your computer when you access the Site. Our cookies help provide additional functionality to the Site and help us analyze Site usage more accurately. On most web browsers, you will find a "help" section on the toolbar. Acceptance of cookies is not a requirement to browse the Site; however certain areas and features of the Site may require your acceptance of cookies to work properly. If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, we will use the Personal Data you input during the registration process to administer your access to the Site. We will also use your email address to communicate with you while providing the Services. We and our affiliates also use Personal Data and other personally non-identifiable information collected through the Site to help us improve the Site, Content and Services, and to better understand our customers and Professionals. If we intend on using any Personal Data in any manner that is not consistent with this Privacy Policy, you will be informed of such anticipated use prior to or at the time at which the Personal Data is collected.

Use of Personally Non-Identifiable Data

We may use personally non-identifiable information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to the Site, the number of visitors to each page of the Site, and the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers. No Personal Data is available or used in this process.

Use of Unregistered User Content in Knowledgebase

We may use certain content submitted by users who have not registered with the Site as sample questions in the Knowledgebase. No Personal Data is provided to the Site by such users and we do not utilize any such content that could contain Personal Data.

Sharing Information

We are not in the business of selling Personal Data. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share Personal Data with certain third parties without notice to you including those set forth below:

Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties:

We, like many businesses, sometimes hire other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples include mailing information, maintaining databases, hosting services, and processing payments. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function. We require such third parties to maintain the confidentiality of such information and use such information only as necessary to provide us with designated services.

We may aggregate your Personal Data with Personal Data of other users of the Site, and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties for marketing and promotional purposes. In these situations, we will not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to identify you personally.

Information Collected on the Site That IS NOT Covered by this Privacy Policy. Users of the Site will communicate with the Professionals, and vice versa, via the Site. When you communicate with the Professionals via the Site, you are communicating with third party service providers of ours. THE INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE TO THE PROFESSIONALS WILL BE PROTECTED BY THE PROFESSIONALS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR POLICIES WITH RESPECT TO PRIVACY AND WILL NOT BE COVERED BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

We may allow you to communicate with other users of the Site and post information using message boards and other similar public features available through the Site. NONE of the information that you provide using these message boards or other public features is protected by this Privacy Policy. THIS PRIVACY POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY INFORMATION (INCLUDING PERSONAL DATA) THAT YOU PROVIDE USING MESSAGE BOARDS OR OTHER SIMILAR PUBLIC FEATURES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE. ALL SUCH INFORMATION IS PUBLIC INFORMATION AND MAY BE SEEN, COLLECTED OR USED BY ANYONE, INCLUDING THIRD PARTIES NOT AFFILIATED WITH US.

Your Choices

You can always choose not to provide Personal Data to the Site. However, doing so may prevent you from obtaining certain information or using certain areas of the Site or the Services.

Children

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 through the Site. If you are under 13, please do not give us any Personal Data. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provider Personal Data on the Site or any other web site without their permission. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and not to any Third Party Sites. We suggest that you contact those Third Party Sites directly for information on their privacy, security, data collection and distribution policies.

Your access to and use of the Site is subject to the User Terms and Conditions (located at User Terms & Conditions) and the Referral Agreement (located at Referral Agreement), as applicable. We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you of any such modifications by posting a message on the Site. We encourage you to periodically review this Agreement to be informed of our privacy policies. Your continued use of tyhe Site after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy.

To keep your Personal Data accurate, current, and complete, please contact us as specified below. We will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to update or correct Personal Data that you have previously submitted via the Site.
