Business Development Manager – Employee Benefits & Payroll Solutions

BIDaWIZ is looking to hire a business development manager that can develop partnerships with prospective clients in the employee benefits (HR) & payroll space.

A qualified candidate has demonstrated success building relationships with mid to large size organizations in any industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a plan to establish relationships with HR executives at mid to large organizations as well as providers of payroll solutions
  • Assist management in developing demonstrations and conference calls to market the BIDaWIZ product to potential partners
  • Attend various HR and payroll service provider conventions to further network and establish strategic relationships
  • Provide management with a detailed weekly and monthly report illustrating the progress of each potential partnership lead
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a role involving some sales
  • Demonstrated track record of building personal networks and relationships with our prospective client demographic
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills

Online Advertising Sales Manager

BIDaWIZ is looking to hire an online advertising sales professional that can manage the overall advertising and syndicated content function for the company.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience managing the advertising sales function at an online accounting or tax property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and executive the company’s overall ad sales strategy
  • Prepare the media kit and other company data to present to various prospective buyers
  • Attend various client and prospective client functions
  • Manage live ad campaigns, including any changes or updates to insertion order
  • Provide management with a detailed weekly and monthly report illustrating the progress of each potential advertising lead

Freelance Writer – Tax & Accounting Content

BIDaWIZ is looking to hire an experienced and energized writer on a contract basis to assist with the creation of tax and accounting articles to be submitted to our blog and weekly newsletter.

A qualified candidate has demonstrated success writing for mainstream tax and accounting publications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with contributing to the editorial calendar with the objective of submitting at least 1-2 articles weekly based on editorial recommendations
  • Work with the editorial team to develop the layout and visual representations of the content
  • Assist with topic research, copy-editing, and fact-checking
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BA in Journalism, English, or Related Field
  • Experience with content creation at a mainstream tax or accounting publication
  • Able to write quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
  • Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills

Summer Interns – Online Marketing

BIDaWIZ is looking to hire students to assist with our search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) and social networking strategies.

This position will help support, maintain, upgrade, add enhancements to, and increase traffic for the entire BIDaWIZ property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with developing inbound links from high quality web properties
  • Create rich content to submit to article directories, blogs, and other high quality content properties
  • Assist with monitoring the PPC and Display Ad accounts
  • Optimize PPC keywords & Display Ad creatives to improve ROI
  • Monitor and interface with customers, partners and competitors through the company social networking accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Understanding of SEO strategies
  • Experience with content segmentation and organization
  • Proficient in HTML, RSS feed submissions, robots.txt, back link monitoring, web analytics
  • Knowledge of graphic design programs, in particular to website creation and organizational structure is a plus
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills
  • Extremely Hardworking
