How it Works
Step 1: Select Category & Ask Question
- Select a category (i.e. annuities, audit, tax) & Ask your question
Confirmation: After you ask your question, a confirmation email is sent to you and the Wizards
Note: A Wizard may send a message to you requesting additional info. If so, you will be notified immediately via email.
Step 2: Wizards Post Offers 
- Wizards review your question & Post an Offer of service which includes their:
- Credentials - Education, Professional Licenses, Work experience
- Customer Ratings - Number of questions answered and average rating
- Offer Expiration - Time until offer expires
- Est. Time of Delivery - Estimated time to receive answer
- Offer Amount - Fixed fee for providing service
Confirmation: You are emailed right away when a Wizard responds.
Step 3: Review Offers & Select Wizard 
- Review the Wizards' offers of service & make a selection.
Confirmation: An email is sent to you and the selected Wizard.
Step 4: Checkout & Wiz Begins Work
- We've got a deal! You checkout and the Wizard begins answering your question.
Confirmation: You receive an email with a detailed invoice after payment is processed.
Note: The Wizard/you may send a message requesting additional info. If so, you/Wizard will be notified immediately via email.
Step 5: Receive Answer & Rate Wizard 
- You get your answer from the Wizard within the estimated response time. Rate your Wizard with just a few clicks with our simple ratings system.
Confirmation: You receive an email with your answer and link to rate the Wizard.
Note: You may send a message to the Wizard if you need clarification on the answer. If so, you/Wizard will be notified immediately via email.
